Never met him, or even heard of him before today. But I play the guitar...
And I play the cello.
And we played the same damned thing in my high school orchestra.
And I just laughed my butt off, thanks to my friend T, who sent me this (thanks, T!):

I also played cello and played this in Jr. High School. The funny part is that I had broken the little finger on my left hand a couple of weeks before and had a splint that prevented me from using my pinky and ring fingers on that hand. I was able to play the Pachelbel in concert anyway. That's just sad...
